Such incredible service! I placed my order on a Monday, and it was delivered the next day, all beautifully wrapped up, everything exactly as it should be .. truly amazing in every way! You just don't get service like this anymore, it's so wonderful to know that one company at least still has good old fashioned customer values, and that's Hygienic Plastic Supplies...well done team, you deserve the highest praise of all, an exceptional buying experience, with sincere gratitude, Chris 🙂

Easy to navigate the website and order. Great range of wallboards to choose from. Speedy delivery. All items well packaged and arrived in good condition. The items match the match the description and the sample that we had received which was large enough for us to see the pattern ( unlike a large on line bathroom suppliers sample) Panels easy to install. Very competitive price. Excellent customer service questions answered quickly and kept up to date with progress of order. Will certainly use again

In my own business, I have been working with HPS continually for nearly a year. Every member of the team I speak with is friendly and professional, and always go out of their way to ensure everything is communicated clearly and efficiently. It is an absolute pleasure to work with them.

We were under a bit of pressure to get our hygiene wall sorted for our bakery. We contacted HPS, where we were purchasing the hygiene wall cladding. To ask if they knew a local fitter. They arranged for Callum to come out. They were honest about his availability and managed expectations well, but he was able to start within just two days, which was a huge relief for us!! Callum did an excellent job! professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. The finish is exactly what we needed, and everything was completed to a high standard and quickly. The pricing for both the materials from HPS and Callum’s labour was very competitive, and the customer service throughout was great. Overall, a really positive experience after a stressful start. Would 100% recommend.

Wanted a modern change in my living room but was unsure what my options were. I went to HPS showroom to explore and fell in love with the acoustic slat wall panels. They were super easy to fit, not expensive and look fantastic. The team were really helpful with measurements and order quantity! Everyone comments how amazing it looks when they come into my home - super happy!🤗

Can't rate this company high enough, if I could give more stars I would. Haley has been brilliant all the way through. She couldn't have done any more to help with my second order and even when there was a small issue it was sorted very quickly. I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.
