Delivery

The majority of orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. However, custom cuts, decor, bathroom panels and some bulk orders may take up to 5 working days. Please contact us if you require more information.

Our ROCKWALL hygienic wall cladding sheets sent using our courier will be rolled to prevent any damage. We advise that all customers unwrap sheets when received and store them flat until ready to use. A pallet delivery will be arranged for most.

Not going to be in? Please let us know if there is a safe place where your item can be left.

Returns

We are confident in the quality of our products and are sure our customers will be happy with any purchase however please contact us directly via email or call us on 01282 788310 if you wish to discuss a return. We do not charge a restocking fee for smaller orders but please be aware that any returns are at the consumers cost. Delivery charges will not be refunded if the customer is at fault for the return of any items.
