Delivery Information

Most orders are delivered within 2-3 working days.

Please note that custom-cut items, decor and bathroom panelling, and some bulk orders may take a little longer to arrive.

Allow up to 5 working days for all:

• Decor and shower panels
• Flooring panels
• Ceiling panels

Scotland Deliveries

Some decor and shower panel orders being delivered to Scotland may take up to 14 working days.

ROCKWALL Hygienic Wall Cladding

Most orders are delivered within 2-3 working days. Some bulk orders may take up to 5 working days. If you need your order urgently, please call our office and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements on 01282 788310.

Some ROCKWALL hygienic wall cladding sheets shipped by courier are rolled for transit to help prevent damage.  A pallet delivery will be arranged for most.

When your order arrives, we recommend that you unwrap them as soon as possible and store them flat until use.

Offshore & Scottish Highlands

Delivery charges and lead times for offshore locations and the Scottish Highlands vary.

Returns

We are confident in the quality of our products and are sure our customers will be happy with any purchase however please get in touch with us directly via email or call us on 01282 788310 if you wish to discuss a return.

A restocking fee may be applied to specific items and returns are at the consumer’s cost.

You can return items up to 30 days after receiving your order.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Delivery charges will not be refunded if the customer is at fault for the return of any items.
