Delivery

We aim to dispatch all our orders within 48hours of receiving, however Cut-To-Size and bulk orders will differ, please get in touch if you require more information.

Sheets sent using our courier will be rolled to prevent any damage. We advise that all customers unwrap sheets when received and store them flat until ready to use.

Collection is available on all orders free of charge.

Returns

We are confident in the quality of our products and are sure our customers will be happy with any purchase however please contact us directly via email or call us on 01282 788310 if you wish to discuss a return. We do not charge a restocking fee for smaller orders but please be aware that any returns are at the consumers cost. Delivery charges will not be refunded if the customer is at fault for the return of any items.
